Adam and Amy Nash tested DJI’s new pocket-sized camera throughout Cancun, including during their stay at Secrets The Vine Cancun

TAMPA, Fla. — August 4, 2026 — Adam Nash, creator and host of 911Reviews, has released a new hands-on video featuring the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P, filmed throughout Cancun, Mexico. Adam’s video is currently the most popular video on YouTube focused on the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P.
Titled “DJI Osmo Pocket 4P – Exclusive Look from Cancun, Mexico,” the video follows Nash as he tests the camera in demanding real-world travel conditions, including bright Caribbean beaches, luxury resort environments, dimly lit restaurants and nighttime scenes throughout Cancun.
The trip included a stay at Secrets The Vine Cancun, where Adam and his wife, Amy Nash, host of Shopping with Amy, recorded extensive footage using the Osmo Pocket 4P. Both creators have now released videos presenting their individual perspectives on the camera and its potential for travel, lifestyle and professional content production.
“Cancun gave us the perfect environment to see what this camera could really do,” said Adam Nash. “We were constantly moving between extremely bright beaches, reflective water, shaded resort areas and low-light restaurants. Instead of reviewing the camera only in a studio, we were able to test it in the types of conditions travelers and creators actually experience.”
Adam’s video examines the Osmo Pocket 4P’s dual-camera design, which combines a wide primary camera with a telephoto camera offering an approximately 60mm-equivalent perspective. The two-lens system allows creators to capture expansive travel scenes before switching to a more compressed perspective for portraits, interviews, architectural details and cinematic subject isolation.
The review also explores the camera’s large 1-inch primary sensor, 10-bit D-Log and D-Log 2 recording options, advanced dynamic-range capabilities, built-in color filters, mechanical three-axis gimbal stabilization and high-frame-rate 4K slow-motion recording.
During the video, Nash demonstrates several of the camera’s built-in color profiles inside a dark Cancun hotel room without traditional studio lighting. He also shares footage of waves, birds, resort environments and moving subjects to demonstrate the camera’s stabilization, image quality and slow-motion capabilities.
“One of the most impressive things about the Pocket 4P is how much production capability DJI has placed inside something that genuinely fits in your pocket,” Nash said. “You have two optical perspectives, professional color workflows, high-quality slow motion, intelligent subject tracking and mechanical stabilization without carrying a full camera bag.”
Amy’s companion coverage approaches the Osmo Pocket 4P from a travel and lifestyle perspective, highlighting how a small stabilized camera can make it easier to document vacations, resort experiences, meals and spontaneous moments without transporting a larger production setup.
“The best travel camera is often the one that you will actually carry with you,” said Amy Nash. “The Pocket 4P allowed us to record throughout Cancun without feeling like we were bringing a full production crew everywhere we went. It made capturing our experience at Secrets The Vine and around Cancun much easier and more natural.”
After several days of testing, Adam concluded that the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P is one of the most technically capable pocket-sized cameras he has used. He recommends it for travelers, vloggers, sports enthusiasts, solo creators and professional videographers looking for an ultra-portable secondary camera.
The Cancun project continues 911Reviews’ expansion into destination-based technology coverage. Rather than limiting reviews to controlled studio environments, Adam and Amy increasingly test products during actual trips, events and everyday experiences, giving viewers practical examples of how emerging technology performs in the real world.
